REPLACEMENT AND RETURN policy

1- The customer have the right to replace/exchange purchased items if not described or applicable for customer's vehicle by mistake of sales representative within 15 days from the date of invoice by the following below mentioned (a & b) conditions:

a. The item must be in its original packaging, not torn or broken, unassembled and as it was in the original condition when purchased.

b. Bring the original invoice in the case of replacement and return.

2- The customer has the right to return purchased item with 3 days from the date of invoice as mentioned above in (a & b).

3- The electronics/electric parts cannot be returned or replaced, unless the distributer company verifies that, there is a manufacture defect and if no defect found in item, customer will have to pay all inspections, shipping and handling costs.

In case of any help, our trained staff is always ready to serve you.

The refund process for card payments might take up to:
  • 20 days for some banks
  • 5 to 7 working days for (credit card Visa or Master card )
  • 10-15 working days for a debit card.
If refund is not received by he cardholder after 15 working days, please contact us; we can arrange for ARN.
